“But you, when you pray, go into your inner room, close your door and pray to your Father who is in secret, and your Father who sees what is done in secret will reward you.” Matthew 6:6 It has been wisely said “The secret of prayer is prayer in secret.

Consider Moses. “Now Moses used to take the tent and pitch it outside the camp, a good distance from the camp, and he called it the tent of meeting. And everyone who sought the Lord would go out to the tent of meeting which was outside the camp. And it came about, whenever Moses went out to the tent, that all the people would arise and stand, each at the entrance of his tent, and gaze after Moses until he entered the tent.” Ex 33:7-8

People are simply drawn to a man or a woman who chooses to meet with and seek after the living God! Don’t try to get others to esteem you as a spiritual person. That won’t last or won’t work. Rather, seek the Lord in private and others will be aware and drawn to you for something about you that simply cannot remain hidden.

When Moses came down from a face to face meeting with God on Mt Sinai. His face glowed because he had been speaking with God (prayer). Mo had the glow that did show don’t you know! Want people to see the Lord reflected in your life? Go spend some time today out in the tent of meeting!
